By the end of the show, I was a fan, having never heard of Florence and the Machine before I came to Lacey Sturm. NeedtoBreathe, my favorite band right now, appeared just before Florence. She was really exciting to watch, and she's an amazing songwriter with such a beautiful voice and what seems to be endless stores of energy. In addition to seeing these two great bands, I was introduced to other bands, which is what the festival is all about anyway. I saw them last fall and was excited to see them again, and this time I was super close to the stage - it was so fantastic! My friends were big fans of Florence and the Machine, but both I had never heard of.
